- B) Save & Share
- 1.How do I save a station for future listening?

button at the top right of the player! Your station will now appear at the bottom in
the

tab. You can access & play this station anytime you like!
- 2.How do I share a station with my friends?
Simply click the

button at the top right of the player!
The player will show you a list of friends to choose from. You can specify your personal message to your friends as well!
- C) Usage of the mYusic application
- 1.Please help me get started
The easiest way to get started is to type in the name of a singer you like - for example, "kishore" if you like "kishore kumar". The display will immediately update and begin playing a song of the singer you chose.
The updated display will show you various attributes associated with the song being played, such as it's mood, genre, era as well as activities the song is appropriate for.
Instead of singer, you could also type in the name of a favorite actor, music director (composer) or lyricist.
- 2.What do I do with all the icons on the display?
Click on them, one at a time. That will cause the playlist to be automatically updated. Take the time to savor the new selection. Continuing the example from question #A1, if you had initially typed in "Kishore" and now choose to click "Romantic" in the Mood box, this will cause romantic songs of Kishore to be played... It's that simple...
- 3.What does activity mean and how do I use it?
Sometimes, one does not want to pick specific songs or even singers... they just want a listening experience that matches their current activity.
mYusic supports various common activities such as working out (exercising), relaxing, putting kids to bed, having a romantic dinner, etc. So, just pick one and enjoy!
- 4.If there are 2 terms in the search bar, what does that mean?
If there are 2 terms in the search bar, the 2nd term further narrows the playlist resulting from the 1st term alone. For example, let's say the first term is "Romantic" - this term by itself will play any romantic song. Now, if a 2nd term "Sufi" is added, then only romantic songs with genre of "Sufi" will be played.
- 5.Can there be more than 2 terms in the search bar?
Sure - there may be any number of terms in the search bar. So, go ahead - explore and have fun! However, please note that the more terms you have, the less number of songs you're likely to have in the resulting play-list. So, strike a balance and enjoy the song selections...
For example "romantic Kishore asha" will play all romantic duets sung by the great combination of Kishore Kumar and Asha Bhosle.
- 6.How do I change the current set of terms in the search bar?
Very easy - remove one term at a time by clicking the

button next to each term. If you'd like to remove all the terms and start afresh, simply click on the "Clear" button.
- 7.Why do some icons appear inside the circle while others appear outside?
The icons appearing inside the circle are associated with the current song being played. The icons outside the circle are associated with upcoming songs in the playlist.
- 8.Why does a box full of "Person" names suddenly appear?
So that you may further refine the playlist based on your current listening preferences.
- 9.Is that it?
Well, if you've figured out how to work the app and now want to explore further, just type in your query into the search bar directly. It's fun! For example, just type in "Kishore asha romantic" and the app will play you romantic duets of Kishore and Asha!
